PH2 pan framing head needle point

The term Pan Framing Head refers to a type or form of screw head. This form may be semi-spherical, sometimes with a flat upper part. In this sector it usually presents a Phillips or cross form for its application. This type of head is used by most of Parker screws; they are also called fix head, round head, fillister head screw, etc. RERAR currently elaborates Pan Framing Head needle point in 2 different measures, #9 X1 ½” and #10×1 ½” and Pan Framing Head drill point. It is expected that the Pan Framing needle head will soon be elaborated in the following measures: #6×7/16” and #7×7/16” and the Pan Framing drill point #6.

Features of the Pan Framing Head: This type of head is exposed over the surface in which the screw is being applied; it is perfectly visible and is therefore commonly used to join sheets of small thickness. There also exists a wide range of Pan Framing Head screws applied in sheets of greater thickness, for instance metallic, wood or plastic works, as well as other types of materials. It is a universal head, easy to be applied and to be accommodated within the joints of different industrial pieces.
